- 1 whole Turkey about 12 pounds
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Rub the turkey with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Place the turkey on the grill and cook for about 60 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the turkey from the grill and let it rest for 15 minutes before carving.
