Grilled Turkey Reuben Sandwich Recipe
A delicious twist on the classic Reuben, using turkey instead of corned beef.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Rye bread
- 4 slices Turkey breast
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- ½ cup Sauerkraut
- 2 tablespoon Thousand Island dressing
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
2. On the unbuttered side, spread Thousand Island dressing.
3. Layer turkey, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut on two slices of bread.
4. Top with remaining bread, buttered side out.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill sandwiches until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
