Grilled Vegetable Kabobs Recipe

- 1 large Zucchini cut into chunks
- 1 large Red Bell Pepper cut into chunks
- 1 large Yellow Bell Pepper cut into chunks
- 1 large Red Onion cut into chunks
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add the zucchini, bell peppers, and red onion to the bowl and toss to coat.
4. Thread the vegetables onto skewers.
5. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
6. Serve hot.
