  • 1 pc Zucchini sliced
  • 1 pc Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 pc Red Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, toss the zucchini, bell pepper, and red onion with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are tender and have grill marks.
