- 1 large Zucchini sliced
- 1 large Bell Pepper sliced
- 1 large Red Onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, toss the sliced vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
