Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Venison steak sliced thin
- 4 pieces Garlic scapes chopped
- 4 pieces Bread rolls sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush venison slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill venison slices for about 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked to your liking.
Grill garlic scapes for 2-3 minutes, until slightly charred.
Assemble the sandwiches by placing grilled venison and garlic scapes on the bread rolls.
