  • 1 lb Venison steak sliced thin
  • 4 pieces Garlic scapes chopped
  • 4 pieces Bread rolls sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush venison slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill venison slices for about 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked to your liking.
  4. Grill garlic scapes for 2-3 minutes, until slightly charred.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing grilled venison and garlic scapes on the bread rolls.
