- 4 pieces Pork Chops bone-in
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 teaspoon Paprika smoked
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
Rub the mixture evenly over the pork chops.
Grill the pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
