  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 teaspoon Paprika smoked
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture evenly over the pork chops.
  4. Grill the pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
