- 4 fillets Walleye about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 lemon Lemon cut into wedges
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the walleye fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
