Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Wonton Strips
  • 4 cups Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Cucumber sliced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Carrots shredded
  • ¼ cup Green Onions chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • ¼ cup Peanuts chopped
  • ¼ cup Sesame Seeds toasted
  • ¼ cup Asian Dressing

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, carrots, green onions, cilantro, peanuts, and sesame seeds.
  4. Add sliced chicken and wonton strips to the salad.
  5. Drizzle with Asian dressing and toss to combine.
  6. Serve immediately.
