Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.
In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, carrots, green onions, cilantro, peanuts, and sesame seeds.
Add sliced chicken and wonton strips to the salad.
Drizzle with Asian dressing and toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
