- 2 medium zucchini sliced lengthwise
- 2 medium yellow squash sliced lengthwise
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the zucchini and squash slices with olive oil.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Grill the slices for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until tender and grill marks appear.
