Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 medium Zucchini sliced lengthwise
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the zucchini slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the zucchini slices for about 3-4 minutes on each side until tender and grill marks appear.
  4. Place the grilled zucchini slices on a baking sheet. Spread marinara sauce over each slice.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and dried oregano on top.
  6. Place the baking sheet under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
