Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush zucchini slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill zucchini slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until tender.
Roll out pizza dough and brush with olive oil.
Place dough on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear.
Flip the dough and top with grilled zucchini and crumbled goat cheese.
Close the grill lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
Remove from grill, slice, and serve immediately.
