  • 2 medium Zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup Goat Cheese crumbled
  • 1 piece Pizza Dough pre-made or homemade
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush zucchini slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill zucchini slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until tender.
  4. Roll out pizza dough and brush with olive oil.
  5. Place dough on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear.
  6. Flip the dough and top with grilled zucchini and crumbled goat cheese.
  7. Close the grill lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from grill, slice, and serve immediately.
