Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Swordfish

  • 4 steaks Swordfish about 6 oz each

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, basil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place swordfish steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove swordfish from marinade and discard the marinade.
  4. Grill swordfish steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve immediately.
