- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs chopped (e.g., parsley, cilantro)
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, black pepper, and fresh herbs.
2. Add the sliced pork belly to the bowl and mix well to coat the meat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the pork belly slices for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
