- 3 lbs Pork Shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- ½ cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the mixture over the pork shoulder.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender and easily shredded.
5. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
6. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix it with the sauce.
7. Serve hot on buns or as a main dish.
