  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Grated Ginger fresh
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, olive oil, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the honey ginger mixture.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
