  • ½ cup Hummus store-bought or homemade
  • 4 slices Cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. Spread hummus on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.
  3. 3. Place cheese slices on top of the hummus.
  4. 4. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
  5. 5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sandwiches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
