  • 500 g Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cups Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber Cucumber sliced
  • 1 red onion Red Onion thinly sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Add chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring it is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.
  5. 5. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  6. 6. Top the salad with grilled chicken strips and serve immediately.
