Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef short ribs
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 8 pieces Tortillas
- 1 cup Kimchi
- ¼ cup Green onions, chopped
1. Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and add sesame oil.
2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 2 minutes.
3. Add beef short ribs and brown on all sides.
4. Pour in soy sauce and brown sugar, stir well.
5. Close the lid, set to high pressure for 25 minutes.
6. Once done, quick release the pressure.
7. Shred the beef using tongs.
8. Warm tortillas and assemble tacos with beef, kimchi, and green onions.
