Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread Preferably Italian bread
  • 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Pesto Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. On the unbuttered side, spread pesto sauce.
  3. 3. Place mozzarella cheese slices on top of the pesto side of two bread slices.
  4. 4. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
  5. 5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook sandwiches until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
