Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese or any cheese you like
  • 2 tablespoon Cream Cheese
  • 2 Jalapenos sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. Spread cream cheese on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.
  3. 3. Add sliced jalapenos on top of the cream cheese.
  4. 4. Place cheddar cheese slices on top of the jalapenos.
  5. 5. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
  6. 6. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
