Instructions
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice wine, garlic, and ginger.
Place short ribs in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over ribs, seal bag, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill ribs for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and slightly charred.
Serve hot with rice and kimchi.
