Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup sesame oil
  • ¼ cup rice wine
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 lbs beef short ribs

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice wine, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Place short ribs in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over ribs, seal bag, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill ribs for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and slightly charred.
  4. Serve hot with rice and kimchi.
