Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef Sirloin thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. 2. Add the beef slices to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill the beef slices for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  5. 5. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
