Marinade Ingredients
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 lbs Chicken Thighs
In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and gochujang until well combined.
Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. Grill or bake the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
