Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef short ribs cut flanken-style
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Rice wine
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 1 pear Asian pear grated
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add beef short ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the marinated ribs for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until nicely charred and cooked through.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
