Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef short ribs cut flanken-style
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- ¼ cup Rice wine
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 1 pear Asian pear grated
- 2 stalks Green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Add beef short ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the marinated ribs for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until nicely charred and cooked through.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
