Korean BBQ Ribs Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork Ribs
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon Honey
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, gochujang, and honey.
2. Marinate the ribs in the mixture for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the ribs for about 30 minutes on each side, basting with the marinade occasionally.
5. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
