Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking constantly.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-10 minutes, until slightly thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator.
