Main Ingredients
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- ¼ cup water
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking constantly.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-10 minutes, until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and let cool. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator.
