Marinade
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 lbs beef short ribs
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds.
Add the beef short ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the short ribs for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until they are nicely charred and cooked through.
