Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken thighs skin-side down for about 10-15 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10-15 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
