Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Leftover grilled salmon flaked
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  2. Add diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  3. Stir in heavy cream, corn kernels, and flaked salmon. Cook until heated through.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
