  • 4 fillets Salmon
  • 2 limes Lime juice juiced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh cilantro

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the salmon for about 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
