Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon
- 2 limes Lime juice juiced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
- for garnish Fresh cilantro
In a bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place salmon fillets in a dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the salmon for about 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
