- 1 lb carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Grill the carrots for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
Brush the carrots with maple syrup during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
Remove from grill and serve immediately.
