  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the carrots for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
  4. Brush the carrots with maple syrup during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
  5. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
