Margarita Grilled Shrimp
Delicious grilled shrimp marinated in a tangy margarita mix.

Marinade
- ½ cup Tequila
- ¼ cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Triple Sec
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
In a mixing bowl, combine tequila, lime juice, triple sec, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread shrimp onto skewers.
Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through.
