Marinated Grilled Shrimp
Delicious marinated grilled shrimp, perfect for a summer BBQ.

Marinade
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Shrimp
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Thread shrimp onto skewers.
Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through.
Serve immediately.
