Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 lb skirt steak

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, and chili powder.
  2. 2. Place the skirt steak in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the steak. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. 3. Preheat your grill to high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  4. 4. Grill the steak for about 3-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
