Marinade
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 lb skirt steak
1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, and chili powder.
2. Place the skirt steak in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the steak. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
3. Preheat your grill to high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
4. Grill the steak for about 3-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
5. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing against the grain. Serve and enjoy!
