  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce plus extra for topping
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, milk, BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Lightly grease a muffin tin and divide the meat mixture evenly among the cups, pressing down slightly to form a muffin shape.
  4. Top each meatloaf muffin with a small spoonful of BBQ sauce.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the tops are slightly caramelized.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
