Meatloaf Muffins with BBQ Sauce

- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup BBQ sauce plus extra for topping
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, milk, BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Lightly grease a muffin tin and divide the meat mixture evenly among the cups, pressing down slightly to form a muffin shape.
Top each meatloaf muffin with a small spoonful of BBQ sauce.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the tops are slightly caramelized.
