Ingredients 

Marinade

  • 4 pieces Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add pork chops to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the pork chops for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
