Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Salmon fillets cut into chunks
- 1 Red bell pepper cut into chunks
- 1 Yellow bell pepper cut into chunks
- 1 Red onion cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Thread salmon, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
Brush the skewers with the olive oil mixture.
Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the salmon is cooked through.
