Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups Pulled pork cooked
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup Pickled jalapeños sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread tater tots on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until crispy.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked pulled pork with BBQ sauce.
  4. Once tater tots are done, remove from oven and top with BBQ pulled pork mixture and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and top with sour cream, chopped green onions, and pickled jalapeños.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
