Mexican Grilled Corn Recipe
Delicious Mexican-style grilled corn, perfect for a summer BBQ.

Main Ingredients
- 4 ears Corn husked
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Cotija cheese crumbled
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
- 1 piece Lime cut into wedges
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush corn with a little bit of oil and place on the grill. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
Remove corn from grill and brush with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with crumbled Cotija cheese, chili powder, and chopped cilantro.
Serve with lime wedges on the side.
