Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Portobello mushrooms stems removed
  • ½ cup Pesto sauce
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the portobello mushrooms with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the mushrooms, gill side down, for about 5 minutes.
  4. Flip the mushrooms and fill each with a generous spoonful of pesto sauce.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the pesto.
  6. Continue grilling for another 5-7 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from grill and serve hot.
