- 2 large Red Onions sliced into rings
- 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Salt
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Slice the red onions into rings.
3. Grill the onion rings for about 5 minutes on each side, until they are slightly charred.
4. In a saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
5. Place the grilled onions in a jar and pour the vinegar mixture over them. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
