Pico de Gallo Grilled Cheese Sandwich
A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese, featuring fresh pico de gallo.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or your choice
- 0.5 cup Pico de Gallo Freshly made or store-bought
- 2 tablespoon Butter Softened
1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
3. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
4. Add shredded cheese and pico de gallo on top.
5. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
6. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
