Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Flour tortillas
- ½ cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup Pizza sauce
- ¼ cup Pepperoni slices
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Heat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread pizza sauce over it.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and add pepperoni slices.
Top with the second tortilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
Flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
