Pomegranate Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Marinade
- 1 cup Pomegranate juice
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
In a mixing bowl, combine pomegranate juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are opaque and cooked through.
