Ingredients 

Pulled BBQ Pork

  • 2 lbs Pork Shoulder
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce

Poutine

  • 4 cups French Fries frozen or homemade
  • 2 cups Cheese Curds
  • 2 cups Gravy

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker and cover with BBQ sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  2. 2. Once cooked, shred the pork using two forks.
  3. 3. Cook the French fries according to package instructions or until crispy.
  4. 4. Assemble the poutine by placing fries on a plate, topping with cheese curds, pulled pork, and gravy.
