Pulled BBQ Pork
- 2 lbs Pork Shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
Poutine
- 4 cups French Fries frozen or homemade
- 2 cups Cheese Curds
- 2 cups Gravy
1. Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker and cover with BBQ sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours.
2. Once cooked, shred the pork using two forks.
3. Cook the French fries according to package instructions or until crispy.
4. Assemble the poutine by placing fries on a plate, topping with cheese curds, pulled pork, and gravy.
