- 1 cup Pulled Pork
- 4 slices Bread
- 2 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
2. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
3. Add a slice of cheese, then the pulled pork, and top with another slice of cheese.
4. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
5. Cook over medium heat until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
