Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken thighs
- 2 cups Mixed vegetables (carrots, potatoes, bell peppers)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken thighs and vegetables on a baking sheet.
Brush the chicken with BBQ sauce.
Roast in the oven for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
