- 500 g Ground Beef
- 250 g Ground Pork
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
- 1 cup Beef Broth
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, minced garlic, baking soda, salt, black pepper, and thyme.
Gradually add beef broth to the mixture, mixing well until fully incorporated.
Shape the mixture into small rolls, about 3 inches long and 1 inch thick.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the rolls for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and nicely charred.
Serve hot with mustard and fresh bread.
