Shish Tawook Grilled Chicken Recipe

Marinade
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 lbs Chicken Breast, cut into cubes
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, garlic, tomato paste, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
Grill the chicken skewers for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
Serve hot with your favorite sides.
